<p>We're currently investigating an issue affecting some users after they <strong>downgrade their subscription plans</strong>.</p><div data-type="horizontalRule"><hr></div><h4>🧾 <strong>What Happened?</strong></h4><p class="">A user downgraded from an <strong>Enterprise plan to a Professional plan</strong> and was unexpectedly blocked from running queries — even after just a <strong>single request</strong>.
