Improved Downgrade & Upgrade Logic
Users who downgrade or upgrade will now retain their current usage limits until the end of their billing cycle.
✅ Unused limits carry over and reset with the new plan on renewal.
Cancellation Handling Update
Cancelled users will now keep their paid plan features until the end of their billing period instead of being downgraded immediately.
"Too Many Requests" Downgrade Bug Fix [In Progress]
Fixed a rate-limiting bug where downgraded users were incorrectly blocked from running queries.
Also improving user clarity around downgrade timing and access changes.
Price Card CTA Updates
“Current Plan” is now shown as a disabled button on active plans
“Leave Group” button added for enterprise users
Tiered logic added:
Higher plans show “Upgrade”
Lower plans show “Downgrade”
Editable Chat Titles
Users can now rename chats via an “Edit” button next to Delete.
➕ Enterprise members can edit only their own chats.
🧠 If no custom name is set, the agent name remains as default.
Prompts Button Added to Chats
Easily access relevant or saved prompts directly within each chat window.
Accounts with billing lapses will now enter an on-hold state:
Enterprise accounts: 7-day grace period
Individual accounts: 5-day grace period
During the hold period, all features are disabled
After the grace period, users will be downgraded to the Starter Plan
Visual alerts and dialogs notify users and enterprise teams when accounts are on hold

Workaround Added:
Click “Advanced”
Click “Go to echobase.ai (unsafe)”
OAuth verification is underway to remove this warning
