Weβre working on a new Prompt Library and Prompt Sharing system to help users create, organize, reuse, and share their most effective prompts.
This feature is designed for both individual power users and enterprise teams looking to standardize workflows or speed up repetitive tasks.
The Prompt Library is a centralized space to:
π‘ Save reusable prompts for personal or team use
π·οΈ Tag and categorize prompts for better organization
βοΈ Edit and refine prompts over time
π Quickly insert saved prompts into any chat or project
Prompt Sharing enables collaboration by letting users:
π Share prompts via link (public or private)
π₯ Share with your team (for enterprise plans)
π§ͺ Clone shared prompts into your own library for personal use or modification
π οΈ Set access levels (view-only or editable)
β Save any prompt from chat to your Library
β Create new prompts manually with a title, description, and tags
π Search, sort, and filter prompts
π Generate shareable links to prompts
π’ For enterprise: share prompts across your org with controlled access
π Set permissions: public, private, team-only, editable/view-only
No AI-powered prompt generation or suggestions (planned for later)
No analytics on prompt usage or effectiveness (future roadmap)
No version history or rollback for prompts (initially)
Users often repeat tasks or structure responses in similar ways. This feature will:
Reduce manual repetition
Speed up workflows
Improve consistency across users or teams
Enable prompt discovery and inspiration within the community or org
This feature is in the planning and early design phase. Development will begin later this year. A beta release is expected in the upcoming quarter.
