We’re improving the chat experience to make it easier for users to organize and navigate conversations.
Current Behavior:
Chat titles are auto labeled with the agent’s name, which can make it difficult to locate a specific conversation.
What’s Changing:
Users can now rename chats by clicking an “Edit” button next to the Delete option.
Enterprise Users:
Members can edit only the chats they own
If no custom name is provided, the agent's name will continue to display by default.
We’re also adding a “Prompts” button within each chat, giving users quick access to relevant or saved prompt templates for smoother interactions.
These updates will make managing, finding, and working within your chats faster and more intuitive.
