1. Sign Up
Before you can access the features of Echobase, you need to create an account.

    •   Navigate to our Register page.

    •   Fill in the required details.

    •   Click on the "Register" button.

2. Log In
After successfully registering, you can log in to your account.

    •   Go to the Login.

    •   Enter your credentials.

    •   Click on the "Log In" button.

    •   Select a plan that fits your needs (checkout our Pricing page for comparison)

3. Uploading Files
Create a folder for your Functional AI Agents. A folder should contain any files or information that you want your AI Agent to have access to.

    •   Click on ‘Files’ on the vertical navigation menu.

    •   You can either create a new folder or upload files directly to the root folder.

    •   Upload your local files by clicking the file upload or drag and drop.

    •   Once your files have drag and dropped your files, the processing will begin. This can take 5 seconds to 1 minute          depending on file sizes.

4. Familiarize Yourself with the Dashboard
The dashboard is where you'll create and manage your agents.

    •   Explore the sidebar for various modules and features.

    •   Check out our Dashboard Guide for a detailed walkthrough.

5. Creating an AI Agent
Create your AI Agents.

    •   Navigate to "Dashboard" > "Create New Agent".

    •   Select the files for your agent’s knowledge base.

    •   Customize and add any additional features for your agent to utilize

    •   Head over to the AI Agents page for step-by-step instructions.

How to use Echobase

File management is where you can create folders and upload files for your AI agents to use as knowledge. Users can upload their files, webpages and connect their document management systems to create a comprehensive knowledge base for their AI Agents to access.

What is File Management?

Setting up your AI Agents
AI Agents are at the heart of the Echobase Platform. They allow users to create agents trained to accurately produce and analyze material using artificial intelligence. 

To create an Agent select “New Agent” from the Dashboard screen. (This is best done after you have uploaded files) Click here for more information on File Management.

AI Agents

The chat is how teams query, create and analyze from their files. By chatting with a specific agent, you can query the specific agent trained on a particular folder. See the usecase section for ideas on what folders to create and chat with for different functional tasks. 

Chatting with an AI Agent

The "Organization" feature facilitates collaborative efforts on AI Agents with your team members. Upon subscribing to the 'Enterprise' plan, an organization can be established via Settings > Organization. Within this organizational framework, members have the ability to view and interact with each other's agents. Furthermore, chat histories and folders are accessible on an organization-wide scale, ensuring efficient information sharing.
